Press VOLUME + CAMERA + POWER keys together.
S5230 Test mode: Dial    *#0*#

Press MENU > Settings > Reset settings > Sellect All (or what you want) and select YES

Use this method to hard reset your Samsung S5230 Star phone: Enter *2767*3855#. Warning! All your data including contacts, messages etc. will be lost! Copy all your necessary data/Contacts/Messages etc. to SIM or make backup to your PC before full reset! Take out SIM card before full reset.

S5230 hard reset via flash
You need driver, MultiLoader v5.56 or later, and firmware file. All data will be deleted. S5230 Download mode for firmware flash:
Download mode=(With the Phone turned off) VOLUME DOWN / or UP + POWER (To QUIT press power off for 3-4 sec)
Pls note! if you flashing your new 5230 firmware it is HIGHLY Recommend that charge your battery fully!
