Procedure:

1.Set phone in dwnload mode
2.How? press vol-down home button +power button
3.Open odin 3v.o7 select PDA.and browsed fimrware
4.Un-check Repartition in odin
5.Connect USB cable and wait phone detect at odin
6.Hit start and wait in few mins.and your done
